Hi!
Happy International Day of Happiness! ❤️💙💛
A lot is happening around us and it gets to us. We get so wrapped up in our own problems and goals that sometimes we forget the most important thing in this world: happiness.
Today, of all days, we hope that you remember to do things that make you happy and smile. It’s necessary in life, especially if you want to keep your sanity intact. Whether big or small, every bit of action leads to a great deal of happiness.
In this goal, we - Twenties, Thirties, and Forties - listed down 30 things that make each of us happy. Something to remind us with and help us get through…life.

Books. Buying them. Reading them. SMELLING them.
Being in bookstores. Having the luxury of browsing through endless rows of books without buying anything.
Coffee. Iced, hot, cute mugs. Everything about it.
New sheets. Nothing beats the freshness of newly changed sheets. I audibly sigh every time I lie down on fresh beddings.
A hot bowl of sopas (creamy, milky macaroni soup). Preferably my mom’s. It’s my ultimate comfort food.
Long, warm hugs
